Great workout video!!!
I have been using this workout video for quite a while now and I absolutely love it!!! I love that most of the workouts are 30 minutes or less, that I can tell by my seeing the time on my Fitbit. I’ve never been one that likes to workout for 1 hr or more, because it bores me. The instructor, Hannah, is very energetic and keeps you motivated. She doesn’t expect you to be a rockstar at working out, she usually always comments it’s best to modify (which she has a lady in the videos that does do the modifications) or slow it down than not do the workouts at all. I have done Beachbody 21 day fix and I can say that in these videos there are some exercises that I haven’t done before but I like that because it pushes me to another level. Not much equipment is needed, either, for these workouts. Just a mat and weights, at least 2 different weight pounds, and that’s it. Absolutely love the videos!!!

DO IT
So I have been doing this for a few weeks now. The video’s are short abut SUPER EFFECTIVE! Go at your own pace. But just keep going!

Almost there…
The instructor is a little bit nuts, and while the workout is definitely challenging, she seems to care more about being edgy than giving thorough instructions or timely cues.

Challenging!
Challenging circuit training for those with little time to work out. Very fast paced, but has alternate ways of doing each exercise for lower impact. I would have given it 5 stars but none of the workouts have any kind of stretching or warm up/cool down sections.

I love it!
First I have to say Iâm a beginner doing this kind of work out I usually do yoga, walk and a little bit of running,I ordered this because I wanted something different and I donât really like goin to gym.Iâm done the first week and I have to tell you I love it she moves fast but it easy to do the exercises itâs intense but you donât feel it until the next day believe, I donât sweat I can run for 20 minutes straight and I donât sweat at all and this work out makes me sweat a lot.

Not worth it
Not worth it, was not really happy and felt like the workout was a joke, felt like she was more excited of having a workout dvd instead of doing an actual work

Hannah is a beast
I love Hannah Eden’s energy always, but especially in these DVDs. You definitely have to have some workout experience to thrive with these, but I feel like the modifications are accessible and all the videos provide a hell of a workout that hits a lot of important areas of the body. I only wish that the other 2 videos were on the same DVD. Since the main 3 aren’t that long, I was hoping to avoid having to always switch back and forth.

Not for me
A bit disappointed. I figured this would be a more upbeat fast and furious workout. It has great exercising sets, it is just to slow for me. I prefer insanity were it is go go go.. this has to much talk between the intervals
