Product would be great but top got stuck on the first use
Update â the replacement works perfectly. No sticky lid this time!I’ll update this review after getting a replacement, but just wanted to put this out there since I’m not seeing anything about it from a quick search of the reviews.I love the size of the water dispenser and it did an amazing job keeping the water cold during our party. However, I wanted to refill the ice on the day of the party, and found the lid impossible to open.I tried again the next day, having emptied everything out of the dispenser and it’s completely stuck on. My husband spent a good 15 min trying to pry it open, checked YouTube for tips, no luck. I hope we just got a defective item, so I’ve ordered a replacement, but as it is, this item is unusable.

We purchased two of these dispensers to hold cold milk for a wedding reception where we served milk and cookies. The look and craftsmanship of the dispenser is beautiful. And a great feature is the display that shows the milk temperature inside the dispenser.They worked perfectly to keep the milk cool and refreshing though it was warm inside the reception hall. The milk remained cool. They worked perfect!! 5 star product all the way that will be used for years to come.

I used this to make a self serve cold drink over the 4th of July. I put a solo cup sized ice chunk in and it held its temperature in extreme heat. My daughter stole it from me and took it back to college with her for her Birthday party!

Keeps Tea hot, sturdy design, Easy to clean
We bought this product for a team meetings. The product design is very sturdy with extended legs that makes pouring easy. Lid is easy to put on and leak free. The temperature gauge is pretty accurate and the dispenser kept the tea (with milk) hot for almost 4 hours. The tank is easy to clean. overall a good product.

It is very durable and keeps the temperature of the beverage for long time. It looks fancy and I love how it displays the accurate temperature of the beverage inside. Also very easy to clean.

Light & Easy but doesnât hold temp
Love the easy clean and lightweight to carry around. Tried it first with storing ice in it overnight to prep container with being cool, added cold brew coffee and held correct temp for 1 hour then had to move to different containers.Day 2 tried hot drip coffee, within 2 hours customers complaining coffee is cool.Doesnât work.
