Just received the order. While the box was sealed, the product had some hairline scratches on screen. Functionally it works great. UPDATE: The company reached out and took care of scratch issue. I didnât ask but they offered to replace the unit or give refund. Great customer service.

Comes with a Cord limitation…
It seems a very well designed handy kettle for travels etc. Regretfully – though it has settings both for 110 V and 220 V – it has only US friendly cord. So it renders quite useless for me in Switzerland. I am writing to the Company seeking a Europe friendly cord. I shall update here in case I get a positive response.

I liked this okay, but I have gone back to a full sized Kettle. Heats up fairly fast . Easy to use. A bit small for me.

Took it on a trip to europe and it worked great. Water at max took about 7 mins to heat to 212 degrees. Perfect amount of water for 1 instant noodle.
