It WORKS!!
As someone that has dealt with very oily skin since my teens (I am now 46) I have tried my share of mattifying and shine-reducing products. This is by far the most effective and easiest one I’ve found, I wish these had existed when I was a teen! I guess I was just ahead of the curve by about 30 years on the whole “glass skin/let’s use highlighter to make our cheeks shiny” trend! :DThis does a great job of instantly reducing and removing shine without messing up your makeup, it’s SO convenient and easy to use. I love that the roller ball can be removed for washing, too. Would highly recommend this to anyone that also struggles with oily, shiny skin.

Quick way to get oil off face on hot days
I use the Revlon Oil-Absorbing Face Roller during the summer months. It is perfect for quickly removing the oil from your face on those hot days. It fits perfectly in your purse so you can have easy access to it. Works great!

This is for the ROSE QUARTZ roller. It is NOT meant for oil removal!!!
Please disregard low reviews for the ROSE QUARTZ roller complaining that it does not remove oil. It is NOT meant to remove oil. The ROSE QUARTZ roller is meant to “depuff, cool, and revive skin.” And that it does. I LOVE the cooling affect that it has! I keep it in the fridge for extra coolness but it is cool on its own, making it great for travel and for keeping in a purse or cosmetic bag, especially given its small size. I knocked off a star because you need to hold it exactly perpendicular to your face and be careful so you don’t pinch your face in the roller, especially around the delicate eye area. Roll slowly and carefully and you’ll be fine!

I have oily skin and this is more like a blotting sheet and doesnât completely remove the excess oil off my face. It still works great though!

I was hesitant!
Really was not sure about this, but started hating the oil absorbing sheets, so I thought I would give it a shot. I was so wrong. This thing really works! It does need to be washed, which seems weird. I didn’t want to wash the ball in fear that it would stop working so well. But taking it apart was simple. I washed it with just hand soap and let it dry overnight. It looked brand new and worked the same as it did on day 1 again! Be sure to wash it periodically. Highly recommend!

I used this on a trip to California recently and it was a total makeup saver! It was so hot out and I thought for sure all my makeup was melting off from the sweat – I rolled this around on my face every so often and it looked like I had fully redone my makeup and was no longer sweaty or oily. I find some blotting sheets can pull makeup away with them, but I had no issues with the roller. Plus itâs nice to not have to worry about touching my face while Iâm out and about thanks to the handle.
