Holds Quite a Bit!
This dispenser has been great for our birthday party punch. My recipe for punch makes quite a bit, and I could never find a pitcher big enough to hold it. This beverage dispenser holds a whole batch of punch! On top of that since it’s insulated I don’t have to worry about making room in the refrigerator for a large pitcher of punch. I’m really happy we got this, it’s simplified my party prep quite a bit, and another plus is that the kids can now refill their own cups instead of asking adults to wield the pitcher… we have had entire half full pitcher of punch spilled when an ambitious child thought he could handle it himself – whoops! This eliminates that possibility.

Quite effective
I was really surprised at how well this worked. I filled it with hot tap water at 110F and monitored it over the course of the next 12 hours. After 5 hours it had only lost a few degrees. After 8 hours it had gone down to about 100F. The next morning I woke and it was at about 82F in a room about 72F. 82F is not at all hot for a drink, but it’s not cold, either. I can’t imagine needing to use this over the course of more than 5-8 hours so it fits those use cases perfectly.
It is easy to store liquids with the massive removable lid. It has a nice sturdy handle and an easy-to-use valve that can be fixed open. My only real gripe about this unit is that the materials feel a bit cheaper and the digital display is flat so it doesn’t fit perfectly flush against the edge which lends to a feeling of cheapness. I’d still recommend this though.

Excellent for both hot and cold drinks!
We used this to make hot chocolate for a Christmas party, and it was amazing! It stayed hot for several hours and had more than enough room to hold it all. This works well with iced drinks too. Highly recommend!

Ok but not the quality I expected
I ordered this to use in the warmer months. I was hoping to use it for Summertime beverages like freshly squeezed Lemonade and Sangria. But after opening the box and reading the included list of What Not To Do, I realized that unless I take all the fruit out of those drinks, I won’t be able to use it for those beverages. Who’s ever heard of a Sangria without fruit? Seriously though, it’s understandable that fruit can’t be put inside because it may clog the opening of the faucet. But it still sucks. I’ll just have to try to use it for something else. As far as quality goes, it’s okay. I honestly was expecting better quality. I don’t think this was made using very good materials. It’s also a bit scratched up in more than a few places. And there are broken pieces of plastic around the sides which are sharp. So cutting myself is a real concern.

The size and capability of this insulated beverage dispenser is amazing. If you throw parties or just have a big family get together a lot then you definitely need this. This will keep your coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa or even hot water HOT!!! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SERVE A LOT OF PEOPLE!!! To have this you could even have it make money for you by filling it with hot cocoa and selling it at parades, offer hot chocolate at your Halloween event, or offer coffee at the Farmers market!! You know if you have this you could definitely make some money!! It is very high quality and it performs excellently! It cleans up very easily and you can store it very easily as well. It has a very sleek modern black look that will go with any decor!! Great value!!!!

Kept the tea hot for hours
Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands-on review and inspection of the product you are considering.
I am thrilled that I ordered this. We had a party and I made a couple of pots of tea in my big teapot. When perfectly brewed, I transferred them into this urn and it kept the tea hot for hours… like 5 hours! The temperature did drop a bit, but was still hot enough to serve.
This is a giant thermos with a dispenser. You do not brew coffee or add herbs or spices in the urn as it will clog the filter in the spigot. But, it works really well. The only negative about it was the temperature reading. I don’t know if the urn was not full enough, but I could not get an accurate temperature reading. I used two candy thermometers to test the accuracy out and the liquid inside was hotter than the digital display said. I tried to slide the digital display open to switch batteries, but I was in a hurry (my guests were arriving) and had difficulty getting it open. I don’t even know if I was doing it right.
So, I am not taking a star off because the digital display wasn’t accurate because my first use of it was not exactly precise. I did, however, keep track of the temperature, and this thing worked! That’s really all I needed, so five stars for that!
Oh, it comes with a silver jug for milk or creamer and a couple of extra spigot filters. It’s also easy to clean. It’s lightweight when empty, so it’s easy to pull off a high shelf and easy move around the room.
