My daughters tea party
I got this for a tea party for my daughter. I heated a few pots of water to boiling and poured them in. We then drove half an hour away to the venue of the tea party. The water was still hot for tea time

Not Good
Iâm disappointed with this purchase. It does not hold hot coffee for 12hrs like advertised. It gets cold fast. It only holds heat for less than 2hrs. Itâs overall a bad product. If you are looking for a thermal that holds hot beverages for a long time this product is not it.

Keeps heat, but Spills if transported
It keeps liquid heat very well, but if you move the dispenser the lid has NO SEAL to keep any sloshing of the liquid from ‘drooling’ over and down the side. The ‘Handle’ on the dispenser is for carrying it [presumably when full] from a kitchen to another location, BUT if the dispenser is “full” [@ capacity of 2.4 gal] it will spill. For practical purposes, the capacity should be 2 gal, so as to keep liquid contents from spilling.

Held a warm temp for over 8 hours
I have never had any of these containers that had thermometers on them before, that is kinda handy. As you can see by the attached picture, the temperature on the container is showing a little bit lower than the temp of the liquid that I had just poured from the container. Since I plan to use that more as a guide than depending on what the temp is, I am not worried about it. I filled this up, and as you see by the pic, it was in the upper 120F range. 9 hours later, the liquid inside was tested with the same orange thermometer and it was 103F. I’m happy with that small amount of temp drop. I had no leaks from the spout, and did not notice any drips after pouring out liquids from the spout. The container did come with a spare filter to use inside to help keep things like coffee grounds from going through the spout.

Doesn’t brew coffee, but kept the coffee hot
This is not a coffee maker, which I didn’t realize when I picked it out. It’s an insulated beverage holder, and it works well! We got this for a specific event, and purchased Dunkin Donuts coffee to fill it with. It kept the coffee hot for the full 2 hours that we needed it, and it was easy to clean and fill. If you are using it like we did, then it’s perfect for that job.

Not 12 liters
Iâm not sure why nobody else has mentioned this, but this is not actually a 12 L capacity. I filled it up and I only holds 8 L. It does however seem to keep beverages warm for several hours. And mine is not leaking.

Keeps your drinks warm for hours
This is a great dispenser. We have events at our community park and there is always an issue with electricity. We have been ordering coffee from cafes and they get cold pretty quickly. This is perfect for those events. I tested it and put in hot water from my electric kettle. It kept the water pretty hot, even after three hours. That’s enough time for most events so I am very happy with this. You can take it anywhere. It looks nice, too. It’s stainless steel and can work with any decor or event.
