It does the job, very well!
Although the instructions were very clear. I didn’t need them. The setup was just so easy.Plug it in and the humidity starts heading into the container or downspout.It does a fantastic job of clearing up my downstairs bedroom.Highly recommended and likely getting another for another room.

Perfect size!
I really like that I can put this on a countertop in the bathroom. It will be perfect for the humidity. It feels like it is good quality.

Small and quiet, but useless
Did not reduce the humidity at all. Our 60 square foot bathroom was still 80% humidity 8 hours after taking a shower.

Extremely quiet, hard to find size for smaller rooms, no humidity control setting
It’s hard to find a humidifier for a smaller room. We have a small gym that gets humidity because it is not part of the central AC. We’ve tried the mini units that work fine, but they only hold about 10 ounces of water, and even with 2 running they can’t get the humidity down. The larger compressor units work fine, but are really loud (can’t watch TV) and take up a lot of space. This ‘Dehumidifiers for Home for Room, 88 OZ Water Tank by Humuge’ looked perfect for our needs. It has a very small footprint and easy to use controls. Not sure why it has a light, but you can turn it off. It is amazingly quiet because it doesn’t use a compressor. The tank capacity means it doesn’t have to be emptied every day.That’s the good news. The bad news is that there is no humidity control. Supposedly it has some kind of smart technology that determines the ‘right’ amount of dehumidification, but it doesn’t say what that is (40%? 60%?). The user should be able to make this determination. I wonder if that the quiet technology (Peltier?) means it can only dehumidify so much, and that’s why it can’t be set specifically. Still, there should be a control for this. We just let it run all the time, and it does help, but a greater level of dehumidification would be much better.I rated it for quietness, small footprint, and generous tank capacity. It’s probably best for very small (200 sq ft) rooms or closets.

I use mine in my bedroom, and it does a great job – the room is 12 x 14 for reference. Just be aware the unit is on the smaller size, so small or medium-sized rooms would be best suited. I do some art on the side and I can’t do it in very humid climates or the medium beads up, which means no art in the summertime. It gets way too humid in my house in the summer. This dehumidifier is very helpful!! It takes a bit of time for it to clear the humidity in the room (I would say almost a full day from turning it on) but I can most definitely tell its working because I’m able to do my art again which is great!! Its fairly small but it works well and it turns off when the tank is full. Unfortunately it does fill quite fast so I have to empty it a couple times a day on very humid days but its worth it. You can also attach it to a sink if you have one close by but unfortunately that isn’t possible for the location I need it in. Overall very happy with it!
