1. Why doesn’t it stay working? I put my coffee cup on it and set the temperature, but it goes quickly back to “_ _ _” (Unable to heat and only displays_ _ _)
a.There may be little water in the cup which does not meet gravity requirement, please add enough water or coffee.
b.Please check whether the warmer is on any soft surface such as mouse pad, clothes, books or the likes which may block gravity switch and can not heat.
c. Please make sure the table surface is flat without any protrusion or recesses which may block gravity switch.
d.Please remove the four EVA feet under the bottom and try again.
2. How long does it take to heat the drink?
This product is mainly used for keeping drinks warm, rather than heat up beverage quickly, so it usually takes about half an hour to an hour or even longer to heat cold drinks.
3. Does it work for mugs that don’t have a flat bottom?

Love this little thing!
I have had this device for over a year now and I still I love it. My office is cold and my hands are always cold so I wanted to be able to have a warm cup that would also warm my hands. Insulated cups keep the liquid warmer for longer, but it also keeps that warmth from my hands. I came across this thing and it’s perfect for my need. Now I can make my cup of coffee/tea, put it on the warmer and then make my breakfast and it will still be hot when I get to the table. When my cup is full I put it on 170 degrees and it keeps it hot. Once I get to about half a cup I drop the temp to 150 and it continues to stay hot; at 170 it’s a little too hot. With tea, I keep it at 135 degrees and it’s the perfect temp the whole time. This is a great buy.

I absolutely love this mug warmer. I work from home and wanted something to save me from constantly having to microwave my cold coffee when I couldn’t drink it all quick enough, and this was it! It matches my desk perfectly, it’s very easy to use, and works perfectly for what I needed it for. 170 keeps my coffee nice and hot, and when I’m about halfway through switching it to 150 keeps the rest hot without it being too hot to drink. I would recommend not leaving it on too long without drinking because a “film” can form if you use a creamer, but otherwise it’s great, and so good I bought one for my mom as a Christmas gift!

Cute coffee warmer
This is a cute little coffee warmer. It keeps coffee hot and is easy to use. I wish that the warmer plate was ever so slightly bigger. Some of my shorter mugs that are wider don’t fit. All standard and tall skinny mugs have no issues fitting though.

I really like this mug warmer. I honestly save so much time throughout the day that I used to spend running across the house to heat my coffee up because I take so long to drink it. I’m a software developer, so those kinds of interruptions can really disrupt my productivity.I didn’t realize that the warmer has a weight detector on it (a little button on the bottom). I find that I have to set the mug down a little off-center toward the control panel, or else that button won’t depress and the warmer won’t heat up. This is a useful safety feature that I’m glad it has, but it can be a little tricky to get used to. With a little bit of practice though, this quickly became a non-issue.Great gift too! Who couldn’t use something like this?

Gets Hot!
Received one as a birthday gift and loved it so much ordered another one so i could have one at work and home.I get distracted easily and then end up having cold coffee, but not anymore. Love that the highest temp goes as high as it does. (When I went to order another warmer I noticed that the highest temp some of the other went to was almost the lowest one this one went to.The only down fall is because the heating element sits “down” a little so if you have a large cup it may not fit.But it’s too cute and so far it works great.

This was the perfect cup warmer: Adjustable temp setting, adjustable auto-off, safety off, easy to use, and good looking. I didn’t use it a lot and never abused it but it did a great job until 6 months later when now it no longer works.The display may light up as expected…or not. Or the entire display will light up and then go out. If it does activate normally it will only be on for a few seconds and then turn off. No matter what, it no longer heats up.I’m pretty disappointed because this is *everything* I wanted in a cup warmer and it is a fairly simple device so I fail to understand how it can stop working just out of the blue. The three Mr. Coffee on/off units I have from Goodwill (under $5 each) are still going strong after literally years of use and the one in my shop has been knocked around a few times and it still 100% functional.

Warm and toasty for winter!
I rarely do reviews – but I felt this product deserved one. I love this mug warmer! I sometimes have several virtual conferences back to back and my coffee or tea used to get cold and became undesirable to drink. I rarely finished a cup of coffee. Now, when I reach for my coffee or tea, it is always hot and wonderful. It is a simple, little joy that makes my workday a bit better. I bought a second one for my living room for my evening tea, each niece in college is getting one for hot chocolate/coffee during late night study sessions during the winter and one for my mom who loves her hot tea all day long. Now, she won’t be going to the microwave several times a day to reheat her tea. Features are simple, safe and so easy to use. Great product!

This warmer works perfectly and is simple and safe to use. I like to sip my coffee slowly while working at my desk, and this keeps it nice and hot for an hour or two. You might want to adjust the temperature down from 170 degrees to 150 when you get a quarter of your cup…it’s a single touch of a button.

Cool turntable design. It has some heft to it and the touch controls are easy to operate. This will keep your beverage piping hot and will reheat a cold one. So, this is the tiniest of pet peeves and first-world problems, but a lot of coffee shops, most notably Starbucks, serve drinks at 160 degrees. This warmer allows you to set temp to 130 / 150 / 170. So, for me, 170 ends up being ever-so-slightly too hot / burny, and 150 feels ever-so-slightly lukewarm. (And who on earth likes 130?)IMO the setting should be 150 / 160 / 170.Another pet peeve is that when the switch is up (there’s no weight on it), it means that the plate is not flush on the surface, because the switch lifts it off the desk. So it ends up being wobbly and also slides easily because it’s not making contact with all the rubber feet. That seems like a poor design choice. So, it looks great but there are a few head scratchers of design choices here which make it not a 5-star product.

I use a Tassimo machine for my coffee and at 170F this thing keeps the coffee as hot as when it comes out. I do have to lower the temperature a bit as the drink is drank because the remaining liquid will get even hotter.I mean I made coffee 2 hours ago and it’s still steaming on my desk. What’s not to like?
