This cup warmer is fantastic
I have used this cup warmer for several months with no problems. It has 4 temperatures, 120, 130 160 and 180. When it is at 180 degrees, my coffee stays hot in the cup to the end. Knowing it doesn’t get cold on this cup warmer, I tend to enjoy my coffee more because I don’t have to rush. The cup warmer also has timers on it tho I never use them. I did have to get used to the fact that the digital ‘buttons’ on the warmer do not take a regular push, just a light finger touch. I may buy another one of these sooner than later just so I have one in the future. One other thing, be sure you have a cup that has a decent amount of direct contact with the cup warmer so you get the full benefit of the heat transfer.

I actually did not buy this as a coffee warmer. I got it to heat my gel polishes bc I live in upstate NY and they are harder to apply when it’s cold, which it is A LOT. With that being said, I’ve actually been tempted to use it for my coffee! Lol.I appreciate all the various temperature settings, and presets. It is very easy to use, but I will say that having to use the power button to adjust the temperature selection manually is odd. Maybe add another button or just loop that in with the presets, which is based on the contents name (milk, coffee, candle, etc.) That really would be my only actual complaint.Personally, I would have also preferred a longer power cord but that wouldn’t be ideal for a work desk setting. I think that’s just bc I have an additional purpose in mind.I’d recommend it.

Waste of money
I am really disappointed by this warmer. It kept my cup hot on the outside but my coffee didn’t stay hot. I tried it again couple of days later and nothing comes on but the timer. I’ve unplugged it and tried again but it still won’t come on.

It does what it claims
I like the fact that the cord is long enough to reach my wall outlet from my table by my chair. I’m glad that it has so many different adjustments for temperature. And that it also has an automatic shut off that’s very good because sometimes I forgot to turn mine off at night on my previous cup warmer. Will definitely be ordering again if anything ever happens to this one. And I also like that the price is very reasonable. I love the look of it.

This mug warmer functions as advertised. It has customizable settings in 10 degree increments and heats up rapidly. It also comes with an anti-scalding silicone mat that is intended to protect one from burns where the cup does not cover the surface, or perhaps to keep the cup in place. Regardless of its intended use, it is not useful as it slips around on the warmers flat surface. Overall, the warmer comparable to others on the market at a higher price point. Decent value for the money.

Game changer for my coffee!
This is something I did not know I needed. Absolute game changer. I typically take a while to finish my coffee in the morning and it always gets cold. Constantly having to microwave it to make it hot enough to enjoy is tedious. However, this coffee warming keeps it at an enjoyable temperature for hours! I no longer need to rush drinking and can enjoy my morning more now. Easy to use, settings are easy to shift through, especially the preset temperatures. Had 0 problems with it and I use it daily.
