Small lunch bag
Hello friends, I selected this 4 lb lunch bag set for packing meals.These bags are the size of a goodie bag. They are about 3x10x5. They are small enough for a kids lunch but an adult lunch typically needs a larger bag. Basically can fit a drink, a basic sandwich, one cookie and a bag of chips in this bag.

These are nice small bags. I didn’t give five stars only because they are NOT the 4 lb size that I ordered. I kept them, anyway, because they’re nice small white bags.

Fantastic little bags!
Really liking these bags. Theyâre made of a nice quality crisp white kraft paper of a decent weight. These would be great as treat bags or even storing little bits of hardware & such. They donât tear easily & I can write on the easily with pen, pencil or marker. Fantastic way to cut down on my use of plastics!All in all, Iâm quite happy with these little bags & look forward to getting more sizes of them. Very much recommend these bags!

not “sandwich” bags
These bags are on the thinner side and are quite tiny. They are called “sandwich” bags so I expected something that was large enough to fit a sandwich. They are about 1/4 the size of a sandwich bag and fit very little. They would be okay for certain types of party favors, but are too small even for candies. You might be able to fit a few tiny things in it and still be able to fold over the top, but given that they are also quite thin, you can’t really fill them too much without risking them bursting. They are also thin enough that you can slightly see through them so you can’t put any small gifts in them either. Given their tiny size, I don’t think they are particularly good value.

Sufficiently thick, but still, be careful
Ironically, I ripped the first one of these I tried to open! I opened the next one carefully instead of Hulk smashing my way in and it opened just fine with no tears and I haven’t had an issue with any since.These are fine for many purposes, but I wouldn’t put anything heavier than a big muffin or a bagel in these if you intend for them to be carried.

Note these are smaller than your average lunch brown paper bags
These are significantly smaller than your average brown paper lunch bags. They’re more fit to be used for putting products you’re selling in. The paper material feels the same as other paper bags I’ve seen, pretty basic. I think you get a good value here for the cost, so I’m pretty satisfied. The bags seem to have enough structural integrity to support a good amount of weight, so I’m not worried about them breaking or ripping. It is a bit strange how they call these “grocery bag”s, not sure why they do that.

NOT Sandwich Bags – note the small size
I should have noted the size before ordering. These are NOT sandwich bags. What American eats a 3×5 sandwich? These are little kraft paper bags – the kind that you fill with penny candy or bits of candy to hand out on Halloween. Again, these are not American-sized sandwich bags. They are thrown into an open-ended plastic bag. Don’t waste your money if you think you are getting something to put a sandwich into and slip into the lunch box. An American-sized sandwich bag is at least 6×6.
