No more messy microwave
I love this thing! Keeps my microwave clean. Have not used it as a colander but Iâm sure it would work great. Fits over our dinner plates just fine, I even think it accelerates the heating of the dish.

I didn’t Know what I was missing
Why did I wait so long to purchase? No more plastic wrap, no more cleaning out the microwave because everyone is too lazy to cover their dish. I just rinse off the mat and cover after each use. Now the rest of the family still acts like they don’t see the mess on the cover when they are done using it, but no big deal because if it won’t rinse off, it can go into the dishwasher! Love the mat, can pick up hot plates without burning my fingers. I know it collapse, but we keep it open at all times. New microwave, new cover, new house rules about using the cover and all is going well. Quality piece, with plenty of steam vents. The price is well worth the saving for the planet and cost of not using plastic wrap.This would make a great practical gift that will get used by the recipient.

Doesnât match the pictures
This product is smaller than the pictures made it look. It is durable and I can tell that our food heats up faster with the steam holes. But I feel it is not worth the cost.
