Works beautifully and looks beautiful!
This is a more generous size than most carafes, so it will serve a table full of guests without having to return to the kitchen. It’s function is flawless with an easy pop on lid and push button dispenser spout. NO DRIPS! Kept our coffee hot at the table for 3 hours, I tested it the night before and overnight it was still very warm water 10 hours later. Plus the gorgeous accent colors means you can choose one to customize with your table settings! I choose White w/ the gold accents and received a huge amount of compliments. Seems sturdy and very easy to clean.

This carafe keeps coffee hot and doesn’t drip when pouring. It is very heavy and I think might be difficult for folks with arthritic hands, etc. to pour. Also, a lot of liquid (from steam) collects in the lid so when I set that on the counter, a lot pours out of the lid. Not a deal breaker though.

I like the silicone vs plastic
It’s a very nice pot, it holds quite a bit, but does not keep the coffee hot very long. I like the fact that it has silicone instead of plastic. It seems very well made. It does not leak and performs well.However, the insulation wall could be better.

Looks great, easy to use
Our church purchased this carafe, actually six of them, for serving coffee at events at our church. They look so nice and the ease of pouring is fantastic! They wash up easily. We just recently purchased them so we will see how they continue to hold up, but so far very pleased!

Disappointing! Don’t do it!
I bought a blue one not even a year ago and an avocado green one in September because I really liked the blue. The lid seems unnecessarily complicated with tons of pieces, but I appreciated being able to fully open it up and clean and dry all of it. That is until I lost the tiny little spring that makes the lid work. There is no way to replace just the lid and I could not find a comparable spring anywhere, so I got the green one. I’ve been using it less than 3 months and I baby it. It’s already broken in many ways. The chrome trim on the handle somehow cracked and is just barely hanging on. The lid is leaking in multiple places so it leaks everywhere. I have only ever hand washed it, never dropped it, never exposed it to extreme temperatures other than filling it with coffee that’s under 200°F. I cannot figure out why it’s suddenly useless, but it’s way too expensive to consider trying a third time in a year. I regret buying both.

The product was great!!! It kept the hot water piping hot for ages, was extremely impressed as I drink gallons of tea and always end up re boiling the kettle at least twice.Sadly when filling it up one morning I noticed that some of the inner coating had started to peal off.with no visible damage to the exterior this must be one that got by quality control.
