    Expand your nut horizons
    I thought I knew my way around nuts (ha!) through cooking vegan for the past few years, but this book has really opened my eyes to the creative possibilities! My favorite recipe, right now, is the Texas Hold ’ems (BBQ simmered pecans), SO good!

    To many ingredients in most of the recipes . Waffles with 19 ingredients ? Mah, pass!I expected something more simple and appealing for the recipes.I almost send the book back to Amazon .
